I would say it’s that if you can’t afford a knackered cheap old shunter good enough to shunt a couple of trailers around your yard, but prefer to do it by ‘‘Heath Robinson’’ potentially dangerous makeshift means just to save a couple of hundred quid…(especially in the present climate of zero tolerance type health and safety 
) maybe you shouldn’t be operating.
Doing stuff today in this industry like I did in the 80s just aint on.
