My company use the term FLM they also use term FLE for drivers also got other things like LTI , KSB , PIUK , SKU , AIB , SAT offfft they are only the ones I can remember pmsl god knows how many there actually is.

FLM = First Line Manager = glorified supervisor and theres another million or so above them. ■■■■■■ is more appropriate in my experience.
