what a plonker , hats off to driver who reported him. 
at seeing that stuff go on quite a bit especially with our continental friends in left hookers 
Is it just me or is this becoming more and more common these days?
I see a lot of drivers with laptops and DVD players watching films while driving, granted most of it is in slow traffic but it seems to be a lot more common at night when the roads are quieter.
Stands to reason that if it can be done some plonker will do it.
a driver i spoke to took great delight in tellin me that if u put yr dvd player on the bulkhead it reflects on the windscreen(at night)plug a cassette adaptor into the radio n its like bein in the pictures!!! 
thing is ,i know this numpty is serious!
