It has now been accepted that loads carried inside curtainsiders built to the European Standard EN 12642-XL do not need internal load restraint because the body and curtains are strong enough to contain the load.

I believe it has to be a full load. So once you’ve tipped a bit of it, the rest has to be secured. In truth, I only read it quickly so stand to be corrected. Pete 
This is why I hate arriving before my wagon is loaded. Every time I have its never been strapped.
