Yes…on both counts.
I’ve sat in jams looking down, when they have seen me, most pull the skirt further down with a dirty look, but I’ve had at least 2 pull them further up in the past with a smile. That is down to my stunning rugged good looks though tbh 
Left hookers were the best stuck in lane 2, looking down on the girl driving, it took them completely by surprise, got all sorts of reactions.
