The show on before that, had a couple of indian or pakistani drivers who smoked hash before driving over the mountain passes as it helped them forget about the danger of falling off 
I think what they are refering to is the Road of Bones, Stalin used prisoners to build it, many died and were buired into the road, hence the name.
That’s the one.The truck driver said it was a shame those days were over because the roads would be better Also, there was an area where a lot of the truckers said they had seen the ghost of a dead trucker that was mown down after his truck broke down, mind you they were drinking copious amounts of vodka 
It was a good watch though, and the one before with the hash smoking drivers was good

They should shoot some of the road crews over here. I have never seen such lazy sods in all my life. They pick spots miles away from the actual holes they are filling to close a lane and cause as much of a hold up as they can, they will set up cones to shut a lane off in a 3 lane section to do work in a 4 lane section a mile or two futher along instead of starting the closure at the start of the 4 lane sction where they could then keep all 3 lane running, they shut it down to take away a lane and cause chaos to open it again in the coned off section, I am sure they just do it to annoy everyone and then there is 8 trucks and 20 blokes to fill a 2 ft diamieter hole.
Then there’s the teams on single carriageways who have 2 flaggers to stop traffic, 8 trucks, 10 blokes doing nothing but watching and 2 actually working.

Guess thats just romantism and too many films huh.
This is a typical British pot hole crew . . .
Be carefull in what you wish for, Uncle Joseph’s philosophy didn’t just include the extermination of those who didn’t fill in the pot holes correctly, it also included the death by neck shot of those drivers who were careless & didn’t see the pot holes in order to avoid them !
Actually, in Uncle Joseph’s world, pot holes do not exist, & anyone that says they do gets shot through the neck.
