I think most drivers are fed up with the poor design of these places.The designer did not think of trucks.
These places are too small.If you have fuel cards,the list of garages will have low canopies and are only for cars or vans.
Most days the fuel pumps are broken and taped off.
There is never a bucket of water with a sponge or squeezeie in it.They used to have the buckets chained down.
No outside water pipe.No watering cans to fill an empty screen wash which can attract penalty points/fine.
If there is a tap it will be broken or stolen.
In Europe you get the pit stop treatment.Long poles with a brush with ruuning water to clean the screen and mirrors.Its free to clean the truck.You do not have to spend anything.
They have sponges and cleaning gadgets and fill the tank for you.
A postet mentioned the same big fuel firms in Europe but the big players in the Uk you get shoddy service for the most expensive fuel in Europe.
