Hello, I am currently working for an agency in the Chester area on days.
I looking to find a company / agency with 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
1: sorry to seem daft but is 4 on 4 off usually tramping work ?
2: is there normally certain companies that offer the 4 on 4 off shift pattern

Not really Ange. I did 4on 4 off on days and nights never to sleep in the waggon. Where I work now we have guys on 4on off patterns and not one on a night out

This does happen but depends where you live & how far you are going mate of mine used to run out of Crick up to the Highlands so had to do nights out this was 4 on 4 off did share cab with another driver
There is a company up here that does 4 on 4 off on night you dont sleep in wagon as the other driver does days although there are not many companies up here do that shift patten
