I can understand they won’t start tipping you 10/15 mins before the end of there shift,but bloody hell 1 hr ,1 hr 30 mins before shift change over,then when the night shift bloke comes on and realises the day shift have left him a full load to tip he throws his dummies out his pram and doesn’t want to do zb all.
Bloody 3 hrs waiting just because of a 10 pm shift change
