Have a slight issue with one of there muppets today who almost took rear end off wifes car for her then tailgated her so badly it makes me ashamed to be a truck driver.

I had to contact James Hall in Preston regarding a Spar vehicle and would suggest if my experience is anything to go by you will be wasting your time and effort.

Hoyer have cameras fitted so the download will give a true reflection of the driving of both parties ,no one was hurt give the driver a break .

I think she would have but the car doing the limit infront of her kinda makes it hard.
The fact it was going so quick in almost undertook us to avoid us at a junction.

Sorry but there are loads of these sort of phone calls or e-mails sent to companies everyday and would bet not 1% are acted on.Have even had people ring up about drivers having a ■■■ while driving,ffs get a life people. Not condoning what happened to your other half, just saying dont waste your time.

Wife got works car last april. And unknown to us its cammed up with data logger aswell.
She was out last night and told her boss about it who just said thats ok just come to office today we can re-watch it.
Its kinds scarey to watch. A tanker catch up to her at such a pace. Then blast its horn as it dived down her n/s.
Gps had her doing 41 in a 40 zone. So not looking good.
Worst thing is wife works for a government department and het boss just told us that its now down loaded. And will be sent police and dvsa.
Nobody injured or killed, I guess if every time a driver encountered another drivers poor driving and reported it to the police then the police wouldnt get to catch the real criminals ie all the burglars, rapists, murderers, terrorists and so on, oh wait a minute they dont anyway!

I would be more p***off that they have not informed your wife that it’s fitted with a camera and tracking and as it’s a company vehicle there should be a notice of video images being recorded!

How about innocent until proved guilty ? Any body who knows Hoyer will tell you they will investigate this thoroughly and if proven the driver will be history.
If you really want to push this then you could always try the north west traffic commissioner

I agree with Albion, and Jenka here. Firstly this type of driving is a disgrace, and shouldn’t be tolerated (although maybe banned for life is a bit strong). But people are assuming this is a Hoyer vehicle, which it may or may not have been. If it was then I know for sure that Hoyer will investigate very thoroughly, and deal with the driver appropriately. But it needs to be investigated fairly and thoroughly first so that the vehicle and it’s driver can be identified, and the circumstances can be established. Given that the OPs vehicle is equipped with video, that should be quite easy. It’ll be easier still if it was a Hoyer vehicle because they are video equipped also.

If he “dived down her n/s” as your post states then she was in the wrong lane. Takes 2 to tango…

I agree with left hand down.if he undertook her was she sitting in the 2nd lane instead of going back into the left like the highway code states or was she out there for some genuine reasson other than the presumed faffing about.also your mrs observation skills are gash if she has never noticed two cameras in the car shes had for a year plus,which i doubt that part is true
