Can I use the showers in services etc? You can usually park for 2 hours before you have to pay so is it allowed in those 2 hours to grab a free or cheap shower or do I need to show parking receipt. Thanks all.
Yes you can some charge a couple of quid to use it if not over night

Some are free,Exeter being 1 Also strensham north if you go into WH Smiths and ask for the shower key they ask for £5 when you take your swipe card bak you get your £5 back,they are new showers and for showers in the services ■■■■ good and clean.
Tibshelf south are free aswell.
If you ever get offered a ■■■■■■■■■■■■■, my advice would be not to bother.
You will need to be a brave man to use some of the showers in services.I have seen some shocking ones with stuff growing on the walls and floor and mould everywere.
