Photo was taken in Spain, October / November 1981. Havent a clue where it was taken though.

You can just make out a big statue on the top of the hill!!

If it helps I went down as far as Marbella via the eastern coastal route, almeria and then around the bottom and across to Marbella, back along the coast to Malaga then across country upto Granada and then I think back up the Med route back through La Jonquera!!! :laughing: :laughing:

Surely this must test even Mr Wolfe!!! :wink: :wink:

You’re on the N340 leaving Murcia to the northeast on the road to Alicante in the suburb of Monteagudo. Its a bit more built up these days.
