That is a really interesting thread - thanks for posting it. I think the more this stuff gets talked about, the better. After all trucks are as likely to kill the driver thru poor health maintenance as they are a pedestrian or someone on a bike or in a car. It would be great to even have a forum for health as a trucker. Even if it helped just a handful of people live a bit longer it would be worth it. You might even get someone interesting keen to sponsor it. I was hesitant about posting a recipe here as I thought it might get ridiculed but I thought what the hell, we should be talking about these things and helping each other where we can and help erode the image of the fat, ignorant trucker that the public now seems so attached to. I have definitely found the suggestions posted here useful
