Just wondering whether you have your own Terms and Conditions which you give to your customers ?
I know you probably have to sign/work to an Agency’s T+C’s when working through them but what do you do when working for a company direct ?
Do you have to sign an Agency’s T+C’s when you are actually working for your own Limited Company ?
I understand that some companies will just through a bunch of keys at you and a delivery note but what happens when a company asks for your T+C’s ?
Is there anywhere I can download a basic, generic T+C guide online which just needs tweeking ?

Absolutely I had my own T&C I gave to customers. I basically copied the agency ones and altered as required.
Never did self employed for an agency so didn’t have to worry about that.
