Self employed class 2 rate?

Hi,

I am looking at going self employed and was wondering what the hourly rate would be for a class 2■■?

Hi Ben

Look at the rates for yourself…

Eg. £10 per hour …50 hours per week…£500 gross pay before tax etc.

Workable weeks in the year 46 approx…£23,000…your personal tax allowance 1000L

Leaving £13,000 taxable pay…you then have your own expenses to deduct. Ie. travel/subsistence(this will include your night out allowance). Leaving a possible tax bill if no expenses of £2,600.00 . Equals £56 approx per week in deductions as a rough guide.
