under the centre speaker laying across the back of the shelf,but if you find it you may find it wont swr, they (volvo)dont clean under the base so you will find that theres no metal to metal contact for a doog groundplane!!!
Easlily recified ground plane. unscrew the twig slightly from its base take a wire and place one bare end on the base, then re-tighten, take the other end to any nut or bolt that conects to the metal on the cab (the bolts holding the mirror arms are favourite) and HEY PRESTO 
you have a ground plane.
It probably won’t be the correct type of cable for use with your CB anyway. Best thing to do when you find it is cut it and then tape it to the correct type of CB cable( RG58 ) and use it to pull the cable through into the cab to where you want it.
