Regular occurrence i believe.
Recently it was because they were rebuilding the forecourt. Have they finished that yet?
I haven’t been in for a while.
Avonmouth truckstop ran out yesterday afternoon, looked like someone cut it too close for fuel, and broke down as he was overtaking a parked artic on Avonmouth way, caused mayhem. I had to fill up in aust, ■■■■■■■■ that is.

yeah all finished, was closed due too a glitch in the system that wouldn’t let the shop start the pumps to let you fill up i was told

And Aust has been called Severn View for decades, and has retained that name despite closing the restaurant that actually had the view, as I discovered when I took my tacho break there a few weeks ago. We used to sit by the window and admire the riverside view when travelling to Aberystwyth when I was at college in the 90s. (They closed the bigger service building because the new bridge took most of their business away.)
