I’ve downloaded this after seeing it recommended on ARRSE, it is an excellent bit of kit and it’s free!!
Well worth running, as patching your software will prevent 99% of attacks.

I’ve been using Secunia for some time now and I find it a valuable addition to my armoury. I agree with Highwayman, a great bit of kit! :smiley:

It’s something completely different, basically it scans every component in your computer checking its security status, it then points you in the right direction for the correct up to date security patches. Go to the site from the link I posted and read more about the program. You won’t be disappointed :wink:

that’s not to bad for a first scan,
have you tried a scan on the advanced setting?

used it since highwayman posted it but waited till i tried it. yep seems to work t :smiley: :smiley: a highway
