i have a class 2 licence,i drive a rigid .im happy with my lot and i dont feel second rate in any way.i treat all hgv drivers with respect etc. there will always be people that dont get get on .
Its not the length of your truck . size doesnot matter. creating segregation and discrimination is not a part of my driving career. We all use the same roads and navigate the same junctions. The only class that this post creates is class warfare. we are all drivers of large vehicles and professional in our attitude. No superiority no qualms.

I don’t care on the size of wagon (i’m class 2 btw) but I do get some funny looks when breezing by in my little 12 tonner at 60 mph (speedo says 90kph) . I might have the smallest truck but when it comes to willy waving on the M1 iv’e got the biggest!
