Have got an air leak in the driver’s seat. Have traced it to a hose going to the air bag that needs replacing. The problem is the hose seems to be too soft/rubbery to use push-fit fittings on and is attached to the air bag by being heat shrunk on.
Anyone fixed this kind of leak successfully without new parts from the seat manufacturer - it’s an Isringhausen.

Lose weight fatty
I’ve done mine can’t exactly remember what ,but I would of used air pipe or the oil autolube type pipe and hot water or a lighter to do a great bodge repair . Sorry I can’t be more help until I lift the seat base for a look then spend half day trying to put it back

Yeah, I’ve heaved it in and out twice today trying to bodge it with tape and scratched the floor. It’s not ■■■■■■■ out air now but still leaking enough to be annoying and the height to keep fidgeting a bit. I’m not sure how it’s split suddenly I guess just fatigue from constant flexing. I’m not confident to cut it or remove it because I can foresee not being able to get an airtight fit again.
Might just tape it then put a big wob of Tigerseal or Sikaflex round it as a last roll of the dice before pulling it apart past the point of no return.
