anybody know what was wrong with the sealane lorry last night in the layby at the start of the m2 , old bill had layby closed off and the police forensics was going over the cab with a fine tooth comb.

Have you considered the possibility that whatever was going off in a layby on the M2 last night is no business of yours?
Would you be getting your rocks off if someone were to say that a 56yr old driver had suffered a heart attack & you were one of the few witnesses?

It’s the weekend, kids allowed to stay up late, people on the shandy etc
It may be that a driver became I’ll, the OP obviously never knew or wouldn’t have asked

No, it got boring ages ago,a driver asks a question and some numpty decides it his buisness to have ago at the driver for asking the question.
It may have been a random question, the op may have previously worked at Sealane, know somebody who works there, have family working there, nobody knows.
What we do know is that somebody will come along with the whats it got to do with you attitude. Isnt it good to work in a profession where people get on and look out for each other.

but i do think that that these constant no thought replies are stopping not just newbies but experienced guys asking for help, maybe a new part to the forum for asking questions, that those that want to share their experience or just want to help can go? and leave this to to stobbie bashers ect?
I only asked because I know a driver who works for them,
just seemed strange at 2230 at night and no other trucks apart from a dropped trailer in the layby.
it’s a shame but I can see why so many drivers are giving up on this web site.

Perhaps the vehicle was spotted by the ANPR cameras on the A75 the other night! who knows.
And yes that does happen, I’ve had the old bill contact me as a potential witness to an accident, as I had been clocked by the cameras going through the area.
