I do believe Stirlands were part of TDG Chris,they did changeovers with Smiths of Maddiston who were TDG as well and Stirlands did a lot of work for Boots Nottingham.

Proper motor Chris those “Old Girls” must have made Sid a lot of money wonder are there still any about, Robbie Killingbeck had a couple in the early 60s (ex Shell) drove one for a while it never missed a beat and never needed the garage other than oil changes.
