AECs were variously cabbed by Park Royal, Tillotson, Willenhall and others. That one looks as if it’s probably a Mercury. I wonder if that’s a non-standard bumper…

Remember that day well .thank you Trevor

Presume you mean the Ergo cabbed AEC, it’s a Mandator with the heavier bumper fitted to later models, these bumpers looked better on the high datum Ergomatic cabs as they didn’t drop below the step line like the one in the photo and when fitted to the high datum models filled the gap better without having to reshape the front grilles. You can see the difference on this one. Franky.

Whitfields from Stoke always had a very tidy fleet, I think that they are still operating.

Cabriolet is fine, but the climb up a bit hazardous without the long grab handles.

You only fall out of a Magnum once

I wonder if it still bobs around like a cork in the ocean.

I expect you might have need of the seat belts that I never used.

That Lansing Bagnall Bedford TK certainly travelled around, I have a pic of it in Moscow.

It’s possible that they are now owned by a operator from pikehall

Hi Pete, Great picture of the Lansing Bagnall Bedford TK and fork truck trailer. Please put on
this thread, the picture of it in Moscow. We had a strong connection here in Wigan, a company
called REGENTRUCK was part of Lansing Bagnall Ltd. Regentruck produced high quality second hand
Lansing rebuilt forktrucks to many firms . My long time colleague and owner driver John Wilkinson
was a regular carrier for Regentruck/Lansing Bagnall. Have a look on the Wigan forum on here and
you can see one of Johns ex Regentruck trailers and pictures of his artic units. Cheers, Ray.
