Shortage in Scotland though?? Only had one shift this year myself, mainly due to my own choice, but phone ain’t exactly ringing off hook.

I remember years ago when visiting Leeds - and hearing that “anyone working for a public sector firm with a big union” - was treated in the local economy, friends, neighbors etc. as “if they were a stockbroker”… !
