Probably a long shot on here, but has anyone had any experience using one of these trailers ■■
All I know is that they are very light-weight (under 5 ton empty)…
I’m looking to buy one, but don’t want to be throwing away money at a ‘Paper Mâche’ trailer that wont last 5 mins…
Any feedback is much appreciated…
Is that there " anti berger" trailer? Schwarzmullers ansewr to bergers “eco trail”. Schwarzmuller make good stuff. Europe, specially austria(schwarzmuller is a austrian company) is full of there trailers.
Got a few at our place geoffo but there dry box vans so i cant help with the curtains etc, tidy running gear with nice touches like modern extra corner markers at the rear and fancy light clusters, full rear mudflap that wont last 2 mins with the shunter ,air line couplings are up out of the way so dont get covered in grease, very well made, thats all i can tell you mate sorry…
Berger is from gerhard berger(f1 driver). Top quality austrian/german engineering. There “factory” is about 30mins from my house and we keep our units parked up there inbetween races. There yard is always full with finished trailers. We run 5 schmitz trailers, and there extremly well made, but as we run nowhere close to 40t our boss looks more for useability.

I didn’t know it was from Gerhard Berger…
I had a chance this morning to have a good look at a Berger ecotrail. I must admit, it looked rather impressive…
My only problem with Berger is that the dealer is the other side of the country (I’m in Belgium). Schwarzmüller is only 20 min’s away…
