I wonder if anyone can help?
We are long time Volvo users and due to long delivery times we decided to buy a few nearly new Scania XT’s.
Can anyone enlighten me regarding the 2 PTO switches and how to use them properly. It just seems a lot of messing about trying to get the floor and sheets to work instead of just the one button like our Volvos and the R series V8’s we have owned previously.
I can’t find anything on the net but I’m sure one of you will know.

It will be tipper hydraulics and flow and return for waking floors/tanker pumps. Depends on the system as which button does what. Is it all on the dash or is there a lever on the floor?

They are a faff compared to the single switch systems. If it has a yellow button on the lever with a picture of a cog on it then activate the PTO on the dash, flick the yellow switch up to activate the flow and return the put the lever in the up position and that will run the floor.
