Yeah mine does it constantly. Sometimes as I’m getting into bed I notice it, but 30 seconds later I’m away with the fairies. It doesn’t wake me so I’m not bothered about it.
Well, if you go away with your “friends” it won’t bother you, will it?

But I do wonder how many do find one led light that much of a problem?
OK I’ll laugh about how little work those must do if they ain’t tired etc etc…
But is it a problem?

You raise an interesting point there re “is it a problem” . Below is a screenshot taken from my Fitbit app. I was well behaved and had an early night. At first glance you’d think that nearly 8 hours sleep was a good result, but if you look at the amount of deep sleep (the kind you really need) then arguably 48 minutes doesn’t really cut it. Then you look at the 1 hour and 2 minutes awake (that I have no knowledge of) and you start to wonder if I’m being hyper vigilant listening for diesel fairies etc. Fascinating stuff when you delve into it.

I don’t know what our needs are for deep/ light sleep?
Nor how accurate Fit-Bits are at measuring that?
.
(Are they made by the CCP and they’re giving false info to upset you, and actually CAUSE sleepless nights?!)
.
I do have one mate who had to put gaffer tape over the steady wee LED that said his night heater was on, as he said he couldn’t sleep with it on…
He was always last up on deck in spite of screaming tannoys and docking winches on night channel crossing tho…go figure…
.
Light does seem to affect some than others, doesn’t it? As fridge motors do too.
.
Same as you, I reckon there is a lot to it.
No easy answers.
(Except wrong ones of course)
