Was this only available on the Australia/NZ market place, or did any stay in Europe?

Plenty of T cabs in Australia, but I’ve only seen 1 Top line and never a long line. Most here are High lines and come from Argentina. Never seen a Long line T cab.

If you google it, there are some Dutch ones, one Iv’e seen before is the Red & White Tanker , nice.
There is a few videos of a french black one on u tube ive googled it and they popped straight up
