Scania headlamps

we have on our fleet of 5 units one which has a problem with the ns headlamp
the two lamps are out of alignment one up one down
this has happened before and the lads at scania sorted it
this time the tm has said it can wait till the next service
i think somone has changed a lamp and not put it back right
i have had a look but can’t see whats up

thanx

this might seem a daft question?
is the bulb in upside down, this has happened before where the bulbs appears to be in correct, only to be told thats it’s upside down.

worth a try

does sound like a bulb in the wrong way. done it myself

Your having a laugh right?.

Headlamp bulb upside down?.

it can happen, it’s not supposed to but if the bulb changer did not fit the bulb in right and had to force the springs over then it’s wrong, upon removal you can see it isn’t seated properly.
there is only one way it can fit in but some people!!!

trust me, it is possible to fit the bloody things in UPSIDE DOWN,with the beam facing up into the air, even had one come back from main dealer upside down.

you have to see it to believe it.

Sounds like the bulb fitted wrongly. Yes it does happen - our TM and one of the drivers seem incapable of putting them in right, and I have twice had to re-fit headlamp bulbs because the beam is way out.
