Has anybody used these for training? If so are they recommended or to be avoided?

They are in the recommended list of trainers.

Thanks Dar, but they’re no longer on my shortlist, I thought they were at Wentworth, they’re actually down in Worksop, might as well go with my first choice of Pete Smythe.

You won’t go wrong there. P.S has a fantastic school.

I know, the only thing that didn’t put him at the top of my list is training on W&D, It would make going straight onto artics within the group I work for easier if I’d trained in an artic. Might be worth doing a days training in an artic with SDE or similar after passing with PS.

I would definitely recommend doing it that way. I found it easier to do W&D to get the category on my licence and then 4 hours crossover training on an artic.
