The Scania I drive has a button for 2 hours reduced a/c without the engine running, for when trying to sleep etc ….
Would using this be a big drain on the batteries, does anyone know? TIA.

At a guess id say no. As it’s designed to run with engine off .so guessing won’t drain battery to much of its a decent battery
It’ll switch itself off before the batteries get to low, like the Volvo version does
I had it running for the full 9 hours I was parked up yesterday wand it was fine (apart from the fact that it was nowhere near enough of a deterrent to the heat).
