Scania 143 Injector Nozzles

Hi I have a 143 450 and want to put new injector nozzles in her was looking for part number for them and came across several different types, just enquiring if there is a difference in them just to save taking out own ones to check them thanks in advance Steve.

You could try calling the dealership and giving them the reg. they should be able to give you the part number for it

Thanks netty201 she was originally a 420 and had pump changed to a 450 one but injectors were left in her I suppose I could get number off pump and see if can match them to that.

If you left the original injectors in her, they should be able to give you the part number from the reg or vin. I do it with our merc dealer all the time, saves faffing about

Disregarding why you are wanting to put new nozzles in it, ring your local fuel injection specialist and give him all the details on the pump. He will then advise you what needs to be done, which will probably be to take the injectors to him when he may or may not need to fit different nozzles and then calibrate the injectors. Forget about the dealer parts department.

Thanks for all the help, I gave number of pump to local bosch agent and he found right ones for me. I got a price off Scania for nozzles and they wanted €80 a piece for them but found some cheaper genuine bosch ones for €25 and have machine for testing them so thought that would be way to go. She is smokey when cold and puts out fair bit of black when pulling and over 2million clicks so thought would change them.
