The correspondence address looks familiar to me.
There was a scam going a few years ago regarding Data Protection and I am almost certain it is the same address - it’s definately the same street. (I only noticed because my brother used to live in the same town)
The scam made out that they were a government agency and collected money off businesses for simply registering with them. This looks like a similar sort of thing.
£25 is a bit steep for a piece of paper and a lapel badge!

Yep its a scam alright…
The postal address is on a beware list with OFT.
In fact type the whole postal address into a search engine like yahoo or msn and the reults will speak for itself.
You must be a donkey to join such a scheme anyway , even if it wasn’t a scam .
