Not to sure about Le Pen and Wilders…but having Fergie as Minister of Interior…
Didn’t this thread started in the first place with giving away important seats in the government…? Wasn’t there a Minister for Brothels needed…

Yes there was, and I’m it, …it’s my job…given to me by President Saviem…
So sod off you young whippersnapper…or I’ll park my Fergie on your nuts… :smiling_imp: :imp:

Terribly sorry mate, didn’t want to “kick” you of your throne…but you do realise it’s quite a hard and most important task you’re doing…and you’re not getting any younger…so to relief you a bit I’d just thought, a volunteer was maybe needed, some young, strong, healthy (not at present though) lad…now, who would that be

Just in case that’s going to be declined, there isn’t a seat available at the Heavy Haulage Department perchange…?

The thread died when it was realised that there were more applications for testers in the QC department than there were likely to be customers.

To get back on topic, some more pic’s of brothels…er…heavies from “down under”… :unamused:

Fergie’s idea of a “wag ‘n’ drag”… :unamused:

Meanwhile inside the office of Fergie’s LTD… :unamused:

Taken from brochure made by Alatas Big Lift during campaign in Saudi Arabia in the 80’s, little fix for Patrick.

Its not exactly a ‘heavy’ but it’s a nice picture.

Posted today on a Merchant Navy forum I belong to it shows a movement in the Harland and Wolff shipyard in Belfast in the 1960’s, doubtless from the fabrication shop to the fitting out berth of a chimney ready to be plonked on a smart new Texaco tanker.

But what is the truck? Thornycroft?

David

Definitely a Thorny, David, but I couldn’t say which model. I’ve tried counting the number of wheel studs but the photo’s not quite good enough.

When I was in Thailand last month I saw a number of lorries with a rather large number of mirrors like in the picture I took below. I know mirrors are important, but so many…

Mind you, some buses were not much better, but were the winners on style.

Mirrors, spotlights and Michelin men, the Thai’s love them…

But with all the stickers how the hell does the driver manage to see through the windscreen to take advantage of all those extras ■■

Nice one David! Doesn’t always have to be heavy to become “special”…

Good thing then that their Indian colleagues take things more seriously then… :unamused:

Stumbled upon some Italian “special and heavies”…
