Cut to the chase, during the colder months, he has a tradition of creating a “truck writing” season.
2012/3 was “SLOGAN” (■■■■ Lester our god at night)
2013/4 was “ALAN” (Alex Lester at night)
His show is about to be cancelled, so the Beeb can save money and give us repeats of earlier shows (that would be on iPlayer anyway)
I hereby suggest we do our own truck writing season, let the Beeb know we’re not happy
