last week i worked mon-sat 43hrs drv
can i work saturday this following week or not… i dont normaly work saturdays but i had to run in (ran out of time) and the same might happern again this week… i did get 48hrs off before starting work this week.
i just need to know if this was ok aslong as i dont go over 45hrs drv? one driver told me its fine… another said NO… so what is this rule… i have looked but cant find a answer on it… please help ASAP

Driving time is a maximum of 90 hours over any two consecutive weeks -
Last week and this week to max 90 and this week and next week to max 90
Max in one week is 56
EXAMPLE = last week 34 + this week 56 + next week 34 is OK
Driving on saturday is ok if your driving time for this week does not go above 47 hours as you did 43 last week.
Regarding weekly rest - you had a full weekly rest last week (over 45 hours) so this weekly can be as low as 24 hours.
The time at the end of your last weekly rest (when you started the first shift of the week) is imprortant as you must start the next weekly rest at or before it reaches 144 hours (6 X 24 hours)
EXAMPLE - start 0600 Monday - must start next weekly by 0600 Sunday
