I have a MIO 268 and decided to upgrade it and to add the european maps, however the package arrived and i duly plugged my system into the computer and loaded the disc…the instruction said it should take 10 minutes…but after downloading whatever for 9…yes 9 hours…i still havnt got the new maps…in fact …it wont even open the original maps…and part of the opening program is missing…what a laod of rubbish …i have sent an e.mail to the manufacturers agent in the uk…and i will phone them tomorrow…i have asked them if i can send the device to them for the upgrade to be put on, and to find out what i`ve done wrong.
if anyone else has a MIO sat/nav …have they too had problems upgrading…or is it me…
