Yes AVOID, nothing but bother mate, my brother and I got them, freezing up is the main problem and sound stop working. No refund either just keeps changing them.
There are other posts on here about them fella.

Hi Guys.
Be very careful when choosing your satnav. Truck routing is obviously extremely important, accuracy and correct truck attributes are vital. I started using them around 3 years ago, bought a chinese “Noname” from ebay and went to work. Tilt!! It routed me through every kind of restriction there was, so back to the drawing board. It didn’t take long to learn a very good lesson…Buy a good quality satnav from someone reputable. I ended up with an eBay satnav that was excellent and did everything I wanted and expected it to do. I have recently upgraded to the most recent truck unit that includes TMC as well as the other goodies. The unit itself, as soon as I opened the box, was obviously good quality. The software runs faultlessly too. But all this being said remember one thing… No satnav, regardless of make, model or cost is 100% reliable. There is still an element of using your common sense! If you’re still looking for a good trustworthy unit, I have supplied the link to the company, based in the UK. They do a virtually next day delivery, and if you get problems they will sort it straight away for you. Over 100 of my driver colleagues have purchased these from my recommendation without a single complaint. For £90 including first class delivery… Bargain. Bit of a no brainer really!
