Sat Nav

anybody know if this sat nav is any good and worth a buy?
looks pretty cheap and is sold by an ex-trucker.

Never come across this one, but a bit wary after seeing the website, little “quirks” like this make me wonder as to how good the kit is…

Please note that the maps used on this unit has a small bug with truck heights

When you enter your truck height please put in 2.6 x the actual

height, ie 14ft = 36.4ft for it to work properly

and

this model have Bluetooth or AV

However it may be brilliant…
ALWAYS keep a good map handy… sometimes a satnav does not work, I can never get a route out of Thurrock services to anywhere :unamused: :unamused: Too many pylons I guess.
If you have a smart phone, use google maps, really useful for checking if where you are going is actually an RDC or valid delivery point and not just a business address… :unamused: :unamused: :unamused:
From experience

This thread talks about those navs

I have one and its a great bit of kit, PERSONALLY. I think it is better than the s7000 i upgraded to, but thats just my own personal opinion, and the guy is as straight as they come as well.

Madguy. :imp:
