More sat nav questions im affraid…
Brought a garmin sat nav, and for 2 weeks it was fine, went to spain with it, worked perfect… this was in a hire truck, an actros, got home turned it off and dint turn it on for about 4 days, went to use it again this time in my own truck a series 1 fh… and it jus wont find signal when im moving.
Has any1 elce had this problem?
or know any reason y it was fine 1 trip and rubbish the next?

Try letting it find a signal before moving away, satellites move about and after 4 days it may have to relocate them and moving off beforehand will confuse the unit. Tomtom do a gps fix so that they can locate them faster, don’t know if this is available for yours though.

On the garmin,website…If you plug your sat nav into it. It will give you an option to join their quick fix system.
