Footsure steel capped boots are super super comfy & warm as heck with some cheap lambs wool insoles & army wool socks off eBay!
satnav-I have just got the tom-tom truck 5150 & it seems pretty good actually - I have also a Chinese nav off eBay which was 55 quid, its a bit of an arse to input & find the correct address but it does do the job & it will keep you away from most weight/height limit roads although you cant beat having a Philips & AA truck maps in ya bag!
thanks i will have a look into getting some new boots and that tom-tom truck 5150 look boss might put it on the Christmas list

Tom Tom pro 5150 has done me some favours wouldn’t have any other, as for boots lidd go to screwfix in Widnes to buy work gear that’s where I went when I started reasonably prices and decent stuff laa pair of site steel cap boots will set you back about 20 quid mate.
