When I was on the middle east run,I was driving across the desert,(H4),when I saw what I thought was a ball on the sand.As I got closer,I could see it was the head of a Bedouin woman buried up to her neck in the sand,a common punishment for infidelity.
I stopped and she asked me if I would dig her out.
Always thinking of the bigger picture,I asked her what was in it for me if I dug her out,to which she replied,“Sand,what do you expect!”
