I got a job with them this time last year, it’ll be the same run and they pay you hourly at different rates depending on if It’s days, nights or weekends etc. But I didn’t take it because they could easily shorten your run and therefore reduce your pay just like that.
I got chatting to a driver I used to see quite regular and he had just had his run changed slightly so they knocked an hour a night of his run which don’t sound a lot but it was £ 10 a day, £ 50 a week and £200 a month that suddenly disappeared from his pay packet.
But that aside they will be good to work for.
