Does anyone have any info on Samworth Brothers Bristol? Ol’ Mans looking at jumping ship over to them but looking for some info 1st, Norm stuff pay, conditions etc, He doesn’t want to leave a job where he is pretty much guranteed no redundancy or if he does he will get a tidy pay pack after 28years of service.
I would get him in my place but pay isn’t enough.
As long as he can get 4on4off & near his £34k p.a he’s on atm he be happy, I know it’s mostly RDC work so not too strenous, Ideal type of job for a 60year old looking forward to retirement

I’m just looking for info on the job, I don’t want to know exact details on the wage as I know firms don’t like people giving out figures online but if he can get near £34k pa on 4on4off it be ideal.
I’ve asked on couple facebook pages down our way & can’t get a straight answer off anyone, all keep getting is join a agency. I’ve asked couple Samworth drivers I’ve seen in Lidls but I keep getting Leicester or Callington drivers.
I have a number for Samworths Bristol office off my boss as we have backloaded Ginster in the past so if job sounds decent & pay suits he can get in contact with them & apply for the job the old school way as he hasn’t got a CV so apply online is a nightmare.
I could easily get him in my place but the £29k for 4days isn’t enough even though he has repeatedly said he’d love to work with me as the jobs a doddle.
