Hi,
Because your a store rather than an RDC there will be only a couple on here that work for Sainsbury’s out of Sherburn that may be able to answer your question…
Have a look on Google Earth / Maps,
Its the big building north of the railway station (next to it).
Best bet is to come in all the way through the town, around Marine Parade and up Ruby Street, thats how many do it to avoid a tight turn off Milton Street depending on parked cars.
Dont go in down Hilda Place, its narrow and theres a low bridge, you will see.

if its the one that used to be a somerfield, then its a straight forward tip, its at the back of the train station drive into the car park and reverse into the yard, when you have tipped come out the car park, turn left down to the t-junction turn right and it brings you onto the promenade, plenty of places to park and fantastic views, used to love getting saltburn and redcar shop from our depot in st helens, long hours and great views (apart from redcar works)

It is the same one, they have extended the store over the loading yard now.
If you read the post, It’s someone from the store asking how well they deal with deliveries. Not someone after directions. Well thats how i read it.

Actually if you look at the store in google maps there’s a 18 tonner in there looks simple enough

next time i’ll actually read the post instead of just glancing at it

Apparently the lease is up soon on the Local shop (the one practically next door) Don’t know why Sherburn don’t send the delivery for both shops on 1 trailer
Talking of Sherburn, they’ve just taken on another 30+ stores, its definitely f’d up our deliveries, all sorts of random crap turning up/not turning up for weeks

they are from tesco’s the poor driver has got confused.
It’s from sherburn got about 15 new one’s in jan,got 12 new merc’s last week and 20 new volvo’s coming soon.
