A combination of both permanent and agency drivers.

No recruitment at the moment. The last recruits were from the agencies.
So your best bet is to sign on with either H&G or WPRG and wait for the next lot of recruitment.

Here is a little advise for you:
Suggest that you take the innitiative and pick up the phone and call either H&G or WPRG and ask them what their hourly pay is.
There is an expectation that drivers don’t continually need to be spoon fed and can stand on their own two feet.
That particularly applies to so called professional drivers (c)
Judging by how long it takes to get tipped, not many people actually work there!
