hi has anyone heard of any issues with SAF axles cracking/breaking on trailers causing them to be replaced? especialy on bulk tippers?

Disks are known to be not the best, and the calipers sliders are exposed, allowing crap to get in and seize the sliding mechanism up. Gimme BPW drums any day over disks…
Yes, not uncommon. Not just on bulkers either. Guessing Intraax suspension. BPW not immune to this either
I think the latest generation of saf axle, the trailing arms are welded to the axle. Having said that, I’m not keen on bpw split trailing arm design
