no my dad works for mcl(very happy at the mo),i work elsewhere for the moment,i think i should know more about whats happening to me soon as i have took mine and his problems higher.

My Specialist and GP said that I was fit to go back to work 3 months before they sacked me. but these new fangled โreturn to work interviewsโ with the company nurse let them get away with it, and sack you because you cannot prove you can do your job

For any employer it is a โminefieldโ
Most dismissals in these cicumstances are flawed, and actually constitute unfair dismissal.
A good employment solicitor (and I may add, a couple of hundred quid will confirm that)
