That Photo was taken 15 years ago and the ‘Member of the Public’ has only just sent it in.
If that is the case, then using a mobile phone while driving was not illegal at the time, it became an offence on 1st December 2003.
I can’t be bothered to read all the thread but did something go on between the driver and person who took photo , just seems strange to me , we’re meant to be the most photographed company with photos took on a daily basis and I don’t know of any driver sacked for what was seen on photo and I’m sure over the years someone must of been doing something they shouldn’t when photographed including me

So dozy 2 didn’t last a week with Stobart and thats if he ever worked there in the first place
Wants to go back to the farm feeds and thats the job he was doing the week before, and the week before that some other company wanted him to drive and fix there fridges
It must be something to believe in yourself but to post it here and expect other people to believe it is a bit much
We all fantasize but that’s as far as it goes with most people and i suppose there is lots of people like Walter mitty out there living in a fantasy world and the reality is its a world of there own
There is help for people like dozy 2 but sadly i think it’s gone to far for him, its when you start believing it yourself you just know it’s gone to far
We could set up a fund to get him help, we could call it the dozy Walter fantasy fund I’m sure it would get a great response

Im not a grass either..never have been..never will be..so i would never grass any one up..whether driving drunk, on the phone, feet on the dash, no insurance, mot, tax..whatever the cause..I look after no 1, and make sure i am legal, and dont worry about others..its the police who should be aware and doing the job theyre paid to do..and dont tell me : What if ` blah blah blah…I dont know if all the vehicles on our roads are legal, i dont know if all the drivers on our roads use a phone, or indeed if any have been drinking…i know i comply at all times and believe if any are breaking the law…they deserve all they get, but i can sleep at night knowing they never got the sack, or prosecuted because i grassed any of them up.

Right then M8. I think it obvious to everyone now that you really are insane, for some reason you come on every single post and sit with your silly comments. Lets be honest about this, you need help. Now here is a bit of advice for you because you are so dull, just don’t come on any more of my posts, stop trying to look good because it isn’t working. All this Walter and Dozy 2 is wearing a bit thin mate, now I can understand you looking at my life and comparing it to yours, it must seem like a fantasy but you are actually getting worse and worse with no let up what so ever. If you don’t like what I post I really cannot understand how you torture yourself so much. It doesn’t affect me what you say or think, but I am seriously worried that you are actually insane and try to harm me. So I am popping you on ignore as you are just a bit too weird for me. I am been serious rob, I know I have a laugh and a joke but I wouldn’t keep on at someone in the way he is, I believe he is a real mental case, I wouldn’t want to meet this fruitcake in a service area. I thought he was just another nob at first but it is more serious than that, he has real issues. Only two people have gone on my ignore list who I believe to be mental, that’s him and Heisenbergg. Serious head cases.

Best way to deal with these types I reckon mate, is just bait them, and give them enough rope to hang themselves,
by watching them show themselves up to be the only idiot out of the 2 of us in the conversation.
They are usually totally oblivious to the fact that they have made a complete prick out of themselves to the rest on the forum by doing so, and I find that highly amusing as they continue on and on…and on.
