Does it hurt you psychologically or physically if you see people wearing a mask? If the answer’s yes, you should probably seek help from someone suitably qualified. If the answer’s no, you should keep yer beak out of other peoples business.
Doesn’t hurt me, just annoys me how gullible people are, instead of doing some research on the effectiveness of masks they are happy to be conditioned by the real virus which is the media.
I swear, some people will sit on their sofa in the evening watching the bbc news with their mask on.

Are we playing the game of posting links which support your own theory? We’ll be here all night if we go down that road. Next you’ll be posting quotes from fraudulent Fauci

So I take it you know that the refinery has nothing to do with Tate & Lyle apart from the name.

That Kent Foods site in Basildon is always recruiting lol.
Not heard great things about them. The issue is simple. He was representing his employer, so he was a being a bit silly by refusing to wear the mask.
If your in your own car on your own time. Yes, you can refuse to put a mask on. But, he wasnt.Honestly, such a waste of time trying to appeal. Also his ‘cab’ is not his home lol. I’m not even sure Kent Foods does tramping for class 2. Pretty sure its just class 1. I may be wrong but either way just because you tramp doesnt mean it is your home.
Another argument was he is not required by law. I see this a lot in the motorcycle community. Many argue that they are not ‘required’ by law to take off their motorcycle helmets when filling up petrol in petrol stations. This is true. But as that petrol station is a private business they can permit whoever they want into their establisment. So if you dont take off your motorcycle helmet they have every right to say you wont be served.
In fact, a company could literally set up a supermarket that only allowed ■■■■■■. I doubt it would be very successful but they could do it. If you tried to come in even wearing socks they could refuse entry. So, what is the law and what isnt the law is just completely irrelevant on private property.
The driver is 100% in the wrong. He didnt even have to argue the case. He could of just left straight away and they wouldnt of banned him but he stayed to argue a point that was completely stupid.
Just to pick up but not a dig on the removing of crash helmets at petrol stations. There is a legal minimum age for buying petrol of 16 and just being on a bike doesn’t mean you meet that criteria. You and I know that not many service station staff actually look at the pumps before authorising the pump and most of them don’t realise that’s the argument they should be using when people refuse
Crash helmets in petrol stations is kind of a moot point now what with everyone being masked up like a member of the James gang from the Wild West.
Being asked to remove my crash helmet in the kiosk never used to bother me to be fair, unless there was someone else in the queue wearing a burkha. Funny that they were never asked to remove them.

Because that’s raysissssssss.
Ain’t that the truth?
I haven’t got a problem wearing a mask, as long as I can breath through it, I’m asthmatic and supposedly exempt, I don’t see the point if your in the cab, although if its their policy then I’d have to, but windows will be down as I’m not gonna suffocate myself especially with the hot weather we’ve been having and if they don’t like that then I’d be leaving their site. I have my own disposable masks now which I can breath through and never get bothered by security!!!
